International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Damaged or Lost Items:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mpgplanters.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
